– Job Description Warehouse and support staff ensure smooth delivery and pickup of inventory and equipment while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines. Roles often include inventory management, budgets and reporting, fleet management and safety.
Location This role is on-site 5 days per week in Mississauga and the successful candidate must be located in the Greater Toronto Area.
Responsibilities Thoroughly understand warehouse operations and logistics.
Organize and schedule the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory as requested by Program leads or Analysts.
Maintain inventory and supplies by transferring items, inputting data, and counting when stocks need replenishment.
Keep warehouse equipment operational by enforcing instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and calling for repairs.
Be an active member of the Canada Safety Committee, responsible for ensuring that safety checks are completed and any safety issues are rectified.
Train temporary staff on tasks needing completion during periods of high workload.
Assist temporary warehouse staff and accommodate daily workloads to keep employees on task.
Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehouse procedures.
Desired Qualifications 2-4+ years of experience working in a warehouse.
A valid Forklift license.
High School Diploma required, post-secondary preferred.
Fully proficient with Microsoft Office and solid computer aptitude.
Experience with all warehouse-related equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, order picker, and loading docks.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment as well as taking direction and initiative.

Compensation The targeted compensation range is $22–$24 per hour. Salary is determined based on internal equity, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, and certain degrees or certifications.
