As a Warehouse Lead, you will oversee the daily management of warehouse associates, ensuring team activities align with our core objectives for safety and efficiency. You will engage directly in warehouse functions while planning and organizing logistics to enhance performance. Strong organizational skills and shipping experience are crucial for optimal inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage team activities for accurate and efficient operations

• Enforce policies for receiving, warehousing, and distribution

• Monitor inventory and prepare necessary reports

• Coordinate shipments and interactions with shipping companies

• Use forklift safely for moving products

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 2 to 4 years shipping/receiving experience necessary

• Valid driver’s license for deliveries

• Ability to lift and push up to 75 lbs

• Familiarity with shipping programs like Fed Ex and DHL
