Warehouse Team Lead

Take charge at our warehouse in Mississauga as a Warehouse Team Lead, driving inventory control and operations every shift. Lead your team in maintaining efficiency and KPI compliance.

This role requires a dedicated leader with expertise in warehouse management, inventory control, and staff motivation. You will oversee daily operations from receiving to shipping while ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvements to boost overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize inventory and maintain stock control efficiently

• Ensure a clean and compliant warehouse environment

• Supervise all inventory and receiving activities

• Train, motivate, and develop warehouse personnel

• Report data accurately to track KPIs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required

• 1-3 years in warehouse management or food processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite

• Certification in Material Handling Equipment preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in refrigerated settings
