You will manage labor productivity, recruit and develop a skilled workforce, and monitor key financial metrics to maintain budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety protocols to prevent workplace injuries

• Utilize 5S practices for efficient product flow

• Guide the Supply Chain team in inventory control

• Assess metrics like shrinkage and fill rate

• Train and motivate staff for superior customer service

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in site management

• Familiarity with lean principles and Six Sigma methodology

• Strong background in inventory management

• Skills in financial monitoring and cost control

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
