Position: NFI Logistics Supervisor for Warehouse Operations
Join NFI as a Logistics Supervisor overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring efficient management of personnel. This role is focused on achieving productivity goals and fostering team development.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities and supervising team members to meet performance standards. Your focus will be on effective shipping/receiving operations and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You’ll also provide mentorship and support for employee growth while maintaining optimal workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and review shipping/receiving work schedules

• Supervise and allocate tasks to warehouse personnel

• Review daily objectives and adjust staffing as necessary

• Conduct training sessions for skill enhancement

• Draft end-of-shift reports to track performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or similar

• Strong experience in warehouse supervision (1-5 years)

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems such as Manhattan

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Capability to work extended hours and meet physical demands
