Currently Tec Serv has 6 branches on the East Coast, multiple Tech-in-Van Locations throughout US and an Affiliated Service Provider Network (ASP) nationwide.

Tec Serv’s corporate office is located in Blackwood NJ and it is a part of Karcher North America (KNA), the leading provider of consumer, commercial and industrial cleaning equipment in the United States and Canada. Other Karcher North America brands are Kärcher, Windsor, Graco, Cuda, Century 400, Prochem, Hotsy, Shark, Water Maze, Spraymart and Landa.

We are currently seeking a self-motivated Parts Coordinator to join our high caliber team of professionals in our Blackwood, NJ headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination of and intimate involvement of entire materials process at the Branch Level.

Including but not limited to researching, requisitioning, ordering, receiving, and, distributing materials in a multiple warehouse/van environment.

Heavy use of computerized inventory control and service management system.

Creation of purchase orders to replenish stock levels of main warehouse and service trucks.

Maintain proper inventory levels to enable achievement of First Time Fix operating Goals.

Fulfill requisitions related to specific jobs.

Locating sources for special order parts.

Monitor usage levels and adjust accordingly to ensure “inventory turns” goals are met.

Requirements

1 – 2 years of previous parts experience in a busy multi-faceted parts operation

Previous experience using SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning Software

Previous experience in a fast-paced high pressure environment, where customer service is key to your success.

Incumbent must be highly organized, self-starter, the ability to multi-task and have a keen eye for detail.

A high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Incumbent should have a minimum of a high-school diploma, however an AA degree is highly desirable.
