247 Fulfillment is a fast-growing Third Party Logistics company that ships orders for ecommerce and retail brands across Canada and the U.S.
We are looking for a full-time Wholesale Lead to take ownership of the timely and accurate processing, preparation, and dispatch of wholesale orders.
We are looking for a person who will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to lead a team while keeping standards high.
Pay: $23-25/hour
Job Type: Full-time
Location:
Concord to start, then moving to our Mississauga warehouse
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
Reports To:
General Manager
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring wholesale orders are completed accurately, on time, and according to client and retailer requirements.
Leading the daily wholesale order workflow from picking to dispatch
Ensuring wholesale orders are picked, packed, labelled, staged, and shipped accurately
Reviewing order requirements, packing instructions, routing guides, and client-specific instructions
Preparing orders correctly for carriers, LTL, retail deliveries, and B2B shipments
Coordinating with picking, packing, inventory, receiving, and shipping teams to keep orders moving
Checking that cartons, pallets, labels, documents, and counts are correct before dispatch
Ensuring wholesale orders meet ship-by dates and client expectations
Identifying and resolving issues before they delay shipments
Maintaining clean, organized staging and dispatch areas
Training team members on wholesale order standards and processes
Reporting on wholesale order issues, delays, errors, and improvement opportunities
Helping improve the wholesale process to become faster, cleaner, and more accurate
Qualifications
Experience in wholesale, B2B, retail, shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse operations
Strong understanding of order accuracy, staging, dispatch, carton counts, palletization, and shipping requirements
Ability to read and follow client instructions, packing requirements, and routing guides
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to lead a small team and keep people accountable
Ability to prioritize urgent orders and manage multiple deadlines
Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Experience using a WMS;
Ship Hero experience is a strong asset
Requirements
Must have a valid Class G driver’s licence
Reach truck licence is an asset
Must be able to work full-time in person
Must be fluent in English
Wholesale, B2B, retail, shipping, or warehouse leadership experience is strongly preferred
