Stockroom Operations Supervisor

Position: Full Time Stockroom Operations Supervisor
We're partnering with a global leader in the industrial parts and equipment space to hire an Operations Supervisor for a small but highly visible branch operation. This is not a large corporate distribution center with hundreds of employees. You'll work closely with the Branch Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse and branch operations.
Responsibilities   Inventory management and inventory accuracy
Picking, packing, and shipping
Materials management
Preventing inventory loss and maintaining process discipline
Workflow planning and productivity improvements
Coordinating with purchasing and the Branch Manager to keep operations running smoothly
Managing payroll and administrative duties as required
Hold employees accountable to performance expectations
Foster a culture of teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate   Experience running a warehouse from A to Z, including inventory management, inventory accuracy, picking and shipping, warehouse workflow optimization
Experience in automotive and industrial manufacturing parts distribution
Solid assets:
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Office & Excel, payroll systems
