B&J; GLOBAL INC is a growing logistics and warehousing company based in Mississauga. We are currently seeking a Mandarin-speaking Warehouse Assistant Supervisor to support and oversee daily warehouse operations.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on warehouse experience who are ready to take on more responsibility and step into a leadership position.

• Assist in supervising daily warehouse operations
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Support inventory control and ensure accuracy
• Communicate effectively with team members in Mandarin and English
• Ensure warehouse procedures and safety standards are followed
• Assist in training and guiding warehouse staff
• Support operational efficiency and workflow improvements

• Mandarin speaking is required
• Basic English communication skills required
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Forklift experience is an asset
