Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm

Full-time weekday schedule (no weekends). Temp-to-permanent chance with long-term potential. Stable warehouse environment with strong operational team support.

• Manage end-to-end order processing within Amazon Seller Central, including PO review, pick list creation, ASN preparation, and upload confirmation.
• Execute ASN submissions through Walmart Retail Link, ensuring compliance with all receiving requirements.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners to manage shipment scheduling, order entry, and delivery timelines.
• Perform SAP-based inventory reconciliation, investigating discrepancies between warehouse and system records.
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, packing slip verification, and returns (RAs) management.
• Assist with inbound/outbound carrier bookings and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and inventory logs across systems.

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Retail Link is required.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for inventory reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
• High school diploma required; post‑secondary in supply chain/logistics is an asset.
• Must be comfortable with physically active warehouse environment.
