Returns Associate

Position: Full-Time Returns Associate
Join 247 Fulfillment as a full-time Returns Associate to efficiently process and manage customer returns. This role combines attention to detail with warehouse experience for optimal accuracy and customer satisfaction.

As a Returns Associate, you'll be part of a growing team at 247 Fulfillment, initially based in Concord and transitioning to Mississauga. Your responsibilities include inspecting returned items, processing them in the Warehouse Management System, and collaborating with the inventory team. A strong focus on organization and detail will help ensure effective returns management while preventing loss and improving processing speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and sort returned products efficiently

• Inspect for damage, packaging issues, or customer use

• Process returns per client specifications in WMS

• Rework products into sellable condition when possible

• Maintain a clean and organized returns area

Requirements:

• Full-time availability for in-person work

• Previous warehouse or returns experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Fluent in English, good communication skills

• Ability to lift and move items during shift
