MHE Operator

Full‑time MHE Operator – Millcreek Distribution Centre, Mississauga, Ontario (AM shift 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM).
Reporting to:
Sunil Rambhawan.

Key Responsibilities   Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using SAP and scanning/labeling systems, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and effective stock organization.
Organize and load products and pallets, ensuring proper packing, labeling, and compliance with company and customer specifications.
Inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure quality standards are met; promptly remove defective items and report issues as necessary.
Support smooth warehouse operations by keeping pick paths and stock locations organized, reducing delays and disruptions in workflow.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Qualifications   Forklift certification.
1‑2 years’ experience within a distribution environment.
Must be flexible for overtime and weekend to meet business demands.
Strong attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Good manual dexterity.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience working with an RF device.
Flexible team player.
