Warehouse Team Supervisor

Factor Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage operations in our Mississauga Distribution Centre. Focus on inventory accuracy and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.

In this full-time role, you will supervise warehouse associates, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and efficiency standards. Your leadership will enhance inventory processes and facilitate collaboration among various departments. A passion for food and a results-driven mindset are crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including shipping and receiving

• Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts

• Train warehouse personnel on procedures and safety standards

• Manage inventory logistics and transfers efficiently

• Report performance metrics and improve operational workflows

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehousing or supply chain

• Strong analytical and Excel capabilities

• Flexibility to work weekends as necessary

• Familiarity with Microsoft and Google applications

• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
