We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Employee to join our clients team and play a vital role in their warehouse operations. Responsibilities
Inventory Management

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure 100% accuracy.
Maintain structured and organized stock storage.
Lead regular stock checks and support inventory control processes.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Execute timely and accurate order fulfillment for customers.
Manage customer pick-ups and oversee all necessary documentation.
Handle packaging and coordinate directly with carriers to ensure seamless deliveries.

Warehouse Operations

Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety.
Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations.
Optimize workflows to maximize warehouse efficiency.

Operational Support & Digitalization

Support seasonal workload fluctuations (peak season: March–October).
Prepare materials for internal stakeholders and assist senior logistics staff.
Utilize digital inventory systems for accurate data entry and stock updates, contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications
Qualifications Required

Experience:

Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.

Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with customers or colleagues.

Adaptability:
Ability to remain flexible and effective during seasonal workload variations.

Attention to Detail:
Highly organized, punctual, and precise with data and tasks.

Teamwork:
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Physical Capability:
Capable of performing standard warehouse duties.
