The North American Fulfillment Associate plays a crucial role in supporting daily operations across various affiliated companies, including Advanced Surgi-Pharm Inc. and Batrik Medical Manufacturing Inc. You will manage warehouse logistics, inventory control, and facilitate shipping tasks. Adaptability is key as responsibilities vary based on business needs and customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and finished goods

• Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately

• Prepare and manage domestic and cross-border shipments

• Generate shipping documents and verify details

• Operate barcode scanners to maintain inventory records

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or warehousing

• Experience in medical devices or regulated environments

• Valid forklift license and ability to lift 25 kg

• Proficient in ERP or Warehouse Management Systems
