Reporting directly to the Shipping Manager, the Shipping Supervisor at Sunrise Farms is responsible for managing all shipping and receiving functions. Key responsibilities include order picking, inventory supervision, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shipping and receiving of raw materials and customer orders

• Ensure accurate documentation for all shipping activities

• Supervise order picking and maintain fulfillment accuracy

• Administer inventory counts in cooler, freezer, and dry storage

• Provide training and leadership to the Shipping, Inventory, and Order Picking teams

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing preferred

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent mathematical and organizational skills

• Effective communicator with critical thinking abilities

• Willing to work in a cold warehouse environment
