Shipper​/Receiver

Our client, a leading automotive supplier, is seeking a qualified Shipper/Receiver/forklift operator to join their organization in Mississauga, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

Support the smooth daily operations of the department

Operate a forklift and reach truck for order picking

Verify orders and proactively address any backlogs

Coordinate with other departments to ensure on‑time customer deliveries

Perform additional warehouse‑related tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma (preferred)

Valid forklift license with reach truck experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Experience in shipping and/or warehouse order picking (assets)

Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

Capable of lifting 35–40 lbs regularly

Basic computer skills

Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑up skills

Excellent concentration and memory

Compensation & Schedule

Base Pay: $26.09/hour

Shift Premiums:
Afternoon +$1.15/hour and Night +$1.35/hour

Schedule:

40 hours per week

Shift Rotation:
Day, afternoon, and night shifts (rotating every 2 weeks)
