Position: Mattel Distribution Centre Supervisor
Elevate warehouse operations as a Supervisor at Mattel, focusing on workflow coordination and efficiency goals. This role is centered around order picking, safety, and training strategies.

In this position, you will coordinate the activities of the warehouse employees to meet Mattel’s operational standards. With your leadership experience, especially in union management, you will ensure that all team members are trained effectively and aligned with the organization’s policies. Your analytical abilities will guide decisions that enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee daily warehouse operations

• Coordinate staffing and workflow strategies effectively

• Ensure timely completion and accuracy in loading processes

• Design and enforce quality and safety improvements

• Address employee conflicts and manage disciplinary actions

Requirements:

• Over five years of leadership experience in warehousing

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level

• Capable of multitasking while meeting deadlines

• Experience working with AS400 systems
