Position: Warehouse Supervisor ON
Lead warehouse operations at Felix Pharmacy in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time on-site role focuses on team management, process quality, and efficient inventory handling.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, collaborating with pharmacy and shipping teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our mail-order pharmacy services. Your hands-on leadership will include training warehouse staff, setting performance metrics, and maintaining compliance with health standards. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in fulfillment or distribution environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations from receiving to shipping

• Train and manage staff to boost productivity and engagement

• Set and monitor performance metrics for warehouse workflows

• Conduct accurate inventory management with cycle counts

• Ensure compliance with health standards and regulations

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in warehouse or fulfillment leadership roles

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems

• Proven record of process improvement in a fulfillment setting

• Experience with operating warehouse technology and equipment

• Ability to lead in a metrics-driven environment
