Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor

As the Night Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage 20-25 warehouse associates during the night shift at our automotive parts distribution center. Your key focus will be on task delegation, coaching, and performance management to achieve team goals. Through collaboration with warehouse leadership, you will enhance operational practices and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nightly operations and warehouse associates

• Train and mentor team members for improved performance

Requirements:

• 5-7 years supervising teams in a warehouse
