Distribution Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Mississauga, ON. This role will lead warehouse operations, delivery activities, maintenance, health and safety, budgeting, and continuous improvement for a large Canadian distribution facility of approximately 120,000 square feet.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day distribution, warehouse, delivery, and maintenance operations for a large two-shift facility operating 5 days per week.
- Manage operational performance within budget guidelines while maintaining strong customer service levels and cross-functional coordination.
- Oversee labour relations within a unionized environment, including communication with union leadership and participation in collective agreement discussions.
- Lead health and safety programs to maintain a safe, compliant, and safety-conscious workplace.
- Develop annual operating budgets, recommend capital expenditures, and oversee fleet, warehouse equipment, repairs, and maintenance cost control.
- Identify, develop, and implement process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $105,000 to $118,000 per year.
