Warehouse Order Picker

Position: Warehouse Order Picker - Permanent Role
Join Giant Tiger in Johnstown, Ontario, as a Warehouse Order Picker during overnight shifts. Contribute to our mission by accurately picking and packing orders for our retail locations across Canada.

This role involves working in a 660,000 square foot distribution center where safety is paramount. As an Order Picker, you will repeatedly lift boxes while ensuring orders are prepared and accurately piled on skids.

Experience with voice picking and electric pallet trucks is a plus for applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick orders for more than 270 stores

• Ensure safety while stacking boxes on skids

• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

• Operate a double pallet truck safely

• Confirm accuracy of inventory for shipments

Requirements:

• Familiarity with OSHA and WHMIS regulations

• Ability to maintain safety and cleanliness in the warehouse

• Comfortable in a noisy work environment

• Punctual and detail-oriented work ethic

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred
