Onsite Warehouse Supervisor in GTA

Take the lead as an Onsite Warehouse Supervisor, overseeing essential operations across various client locations in the Greater Toronto Area. This role demands strong leadership and organizational skills.

As an entry-level supervisor, you will manage warehouse operations at multiple sites, traveling between locations in Mississauga, Vaughan, and Etobicoke as needed. Your focus will be on ensuring teams meet productivity targets while adhering to safety standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and drive daily warehouse productivity

• Coach and support warehouse staff effectively

• Monitor operational compliance and safety practices

• Prepare performance reports for management

• Assist in KPI tracking and documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse supervision is an asset
