Position: Purina Distribution Centre Supervisor Role
Oversee operations at the Purina Distribution Centre in Mississauga, ON. This supervisor role is focused on meeting targets and ensuring a culture of safety.

As a Distribution Centre Supervisor, you will directly report to the Distribution Centre Manager and play a vital role in meeting operational objectives. You will manage staffing, provide continuous coaching, and lead by example in safety and efficiency. Your emphasis on communication will help bridge the gap between teams and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage operational KPIs in safety and quality

• Promote a respectful and goal-focused work environment

• Allocate resources effectively to meet daily demands

• Support liaison efforts between staff and senior management

• Enforce company SOPs and warehouse management standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations

• Competent in Microsoft Office and operational tools

• Strong communication skills for team interactions

• Availability for additional hours when required

• Ability to foster a culture of safety and compliance
