Strong knowledge of RF, Conveyor, and SAP systems is essential for tracking inventory and monitoring team activities. This position emphasizes communication, flexibility, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and manage work assignments

• Coordinate recovery plans for missed targets

• Facilitate communication with various ops teams

• Maintain inventory levels and create necessary SAP requisitions

• Guide personnel professionally in their daily tasks

Requirements:

• At least two years of warehouse leadership experience

• Strong Excel and SAP capabilities

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledgeable in safety and 7s tools

• Adaptability in shift work is necessary
