We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead sorting and processing operations. You will manage the logistics of package handling, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards while mentoring your team of Package Handlers. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, monitoring inbound and outbound freight, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee sorting, scanning, and package processing

• Ensure a hazard-free workplace through safety audits

• Mentor and train warehouse associates on operations

• Conduct quality control on processed freight

• Manage unloading and inventory checks

Requirements:

• Prior experience supervising in a warehouse

• Strong understanding of safety compliance

• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills

• Ability to perform data entry and manage reporting

• Experience with freight management and logistics
