Warehouse Team Lead at Arvato

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and task assignments within the team

• Monitor performance and relay risks to Supervisors

• Create and implement recovery plans for missed targets

• Manage inventory levels and requisition consumables in SAP

• Investigate and address workflow exceptions and damages

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of leadership in warehouse settings

• Proficient in Excel and prior SAP experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Committed to safety and operational standards

• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
