Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and monitor daily tasks for associates

• Communicate risks of missed targets effectively

• Prepare recovery plans in collaboration with Supervisors

• Ensure efficient monitoring of inventory and requisitioning

• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions as needed

Requirements:

• Two years of warehouse leadership experience required

• Proficiency in Excel and SAP software

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Safety-driven mindset with 7s knowledge

• Willingness to adapt to varying shift hours
