As the Operations Lead, you will manage all aspects of DC operations, focusing on receiving, order filling, and shipping.
Your role includes planning daily staffing, convening morning meetings, and ensuring all associates are trained and equipped. Maintaining productivity records and addressing performance metrics are key components of your leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage daily staffing needs
• Lead daily operations meetings with associates
• Train staff on SOP compliance and best practices
• Track productivity and generate reports for management
• Foster an inclusive workplace culture
Requirements:
• Candidates must be 18 years or older
• Previous experience in operations management is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and coaching skills
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations
• Experience with performance tracking metrics
