Position: Assistant Warehouse Manager – Tree of Life
Step into a leadership role with Tree of Life Canada as a Warehouse Assistant Manager. Manage staff and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you'll support the overall management of warehouse functions, enhance labor efficiency, and foster a safe work environment. Expected to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, you will also be responsible for training and developing staff, ensuring every team member meets performance expectations consistent with Tree of Life Canada's values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support efficient warehouse operation management

• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality requirements

• Recruit, train, and evaluate warehouse employees

• Maintain safe work practices across all shifts

• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff

Requirements:

• High School Diploma with minimum 5 years of management experience

• Preferred Forklift operating license

• Proficient in Radio Frequency systems and MS Office

• Strong communication skills in English essential

• Ability to lead and organize teams effectively
