*** What You Will Get To Do
*** The MHE Operator is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and shipping orders, ensuring all customer requirements and compliance standards are met. This role plays a key part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through precise order fulfillment and timely shipment.  
*** Key Responsibilities
**** Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using SAP and scanning/labeling systems, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
* Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and effective stock organization.
* Organize and load products and pallets, ensuring proper packing, labeling, and compliance with company and customer specifications.
* Inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure quality standards are met; promptly remove defective items and report issues as necessary.
* Support smooth warehouse operations by keeping pick paths and stock locations organized, reducing delays and disruptions in workflow.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
* Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
*** Who You Are
**** Forklift certification is a requirement
* 1-2 years’ experience within a Distribution environment
* Must be flexible for overtime and weekend to meet business demands
* Strong attention to detail is mandatory
* Must have high school diploma or equivalent
* Must be able to lift up to 60lbs
* Must have good manual dexterity
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working with an RF device as asset
* Flexible team player
