Operations Supervisor - PM Shift

Lead warehouse operations as a Supervisor on the PM shift, focusing on productivity and safety. Oversee multiple departments while ensuring top-notch service and compliance with policies.

As the Operations Supervisor, you will manage various warehouse tasks including receiving, packing, and shipping. Reporting directly to senior management, your role entails training associates, coordinating work assignments, and achieving performance goals. Maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring a safe working environment are crucial elements of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate employee assignments for inbound and outbound service

• Monitor productivity, safety, and quality performance metrics

• Implement and enforce operational procedures and safety regulations

• Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance

• Develop training programs for associates to ensure competency

Requirements:

• High School Degree or Equivalent required

• 3 years of warehouse operations experience

• 1 year leading warehouse associates

• Fork Lift Certification preferred

• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills
