Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Office Coordinator to support our Mississauga, Ontario facility in day‑to‑day operations on a full‑time basis. This onsite role is responsible for daily operational activities such as packing, shipping, receiving, office management, and distribution while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across the organization.

• Front office duties include greeting customers, answering phones, assisting the branch manager with back‑end finances, maintaining showroom displays, and inventory logistics.
• Estimated 60% warehouse and 40% back office.
• Help maintain a professional environment in the office.
• Assist with inventory logistics accurately for the Sales Team.
• Build sample orders for the Sales Team as needed.
• Track, examine, and update incoming inventory and shipments as needed.
• Organize and manage inventory, including physical counts weekly.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.
• Complete local errands such as drop‑offs at the post office or supply runs.
• Abide by all company safety policies.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned.

• Experience working with inventory is a plus.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge of Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is a plus.
• Knowledge of working in the vape industry and the excise stamp process is a plus.
• High School diploma or GED; college credits a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Team player with exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Availability for on‑site Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM EST.
