MHE Operator

Position: Full-Time MHE Operator
Become a part of Stanley Black & Decker's dedicated team as a full-time MHE Operator at our Millcreek Distribution Centre in Mississauga, Ontario, working the PM shift.

Your role will focus on accurate order picking and shipping while ensuring compliance with customer specifications.

In this vital position, you will join a team of skilled operators dedicated to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through precise order fulfillment. Key responsibilities include picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, and collaborating with team members and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using SAP systems

• Conduct cycle counts for inventory accuracy

• Organize and load products according to specifications

• Inspect materials and products for quality standards

• Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals

Requirements:

• Forklift certification is mandatory

• 1-2 years’ experience in a Distribution environment

• Flexibility for overtime and weekends required

• Strong attention to detail needed

• Ability to lift up to 60lbs
