Senior Warehouse Operations Director

Lead warehouse strategy and operations at Uline’s Milton facility, directing inbound, outbound, and supporting departments across a major distribution center.
As Senior Distribution Director, you will guide daily warehouse operations at Uline’s 1 million square-foot Milton facilities. You will lead a team of more than 300 warehouse employees while supporting customer service and same-day shipping. The work emphasizes accuracy, safety, performance, recruitment, and employee motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse department operations
Lead and empower more than 300 warehouse employees
Support exceptional customer service and same-day shipping
Uphold accuracy, safety, and performance standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
Ten or more years managing large distribution centers

Experience with 500,000-plus square-foot facilities
Recruitment and motivation experience with 300-plus employees
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
