Lead daily distribution center operations in Mississauga through staffing, workflow planning, and safe, cost-efficient receiving, filling, or shipping.
Walmart seeks an Operations Team Leader responsible for supervising distribution center functions in receiving, order filling, or shipping. You will schedule personnel, train associates on standard operating procedures, and prioritize workflow. The position supports timely store orders and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan staffing for receiving, order filling, or shipping
- Conduct start-up meetings and assign daily workloads
- Train associates on standard operating procedures
- Maintain productivity, quality, time, and attendance records
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to supervise distribution center operations
- Ability to train associates and verify documentation
- Ability to administer coaching and accountability processes
- Ability to support health, safety, and housekeeping programs
