Senior Distribution Center Director

Direct Uline’s expansive Milton distribution center with hands-on leadership, warehouse management expertise, and a focus on operational performance.
This Senior Distribution Director position oversees a 1 million square-foot warehouse stocked with more than 43,000 products. You will manage inbound, outbound, and supporting departments while cultivating a dedicated workforce exceeding 300 employees. Performance metrics and warehouse management systems experience are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations
Coordinate inbound, outbound, and supporting departments
Cultivate and empower a dedicated warehouse workforce
Maintain high accuracy, safety, and performance levels
Help ensure same-day shipping and customer service
Requirements:
Ten or more years of hands-on management experience
Background in 500,000-plus square-foot distribution centers
Experience recruiting and motivating 300-plus employees
Strong problem-solving and communication capabilities
Warehouse management systems experience is an asset
