This role is responsible for managing product costing, analyzing manufacturing variances, and supporting financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, ERP experience, and a proven ability to drive cost improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Prepare accurate product cost estimates for new and existing products.
• Maintain and update cost structures in ERP systems.
• Analyze cost variances and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Support annual budgeting and weekly forecasting processes.
• Monitor and reconcile raw material and finished goods inventories.
• Manage fixed assets, including additions, disposals, and monthly inventories.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams on capital projects and CIP tracking.
• Provide backup support for payroll, accounts payable, and work order closures as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting standards.
• Strong ERP system knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
