Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi is looking for an experienced Automotive Dealership Billing Clerk to join our accounting team. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional who understands dealership accounting and can accurately process vehicle deals while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities- Process and post vehicle sales and deal jackets accurately and efficiently
- Review deals for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
- Verify funding requirements and follow up on outstanding items
- Process vehicle invoices, floorplan-related paperwork, and other accounting documents
- Reconcile schedules and assist with month-end closing
- Work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Accounting Departments
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets dealership and manufacturer requirements
- Research and resolve discrepancies
