Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi - D'Iberville, MS
Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team! We are looking for an organized individual with strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities Include:- Maintain and monitor vehicle inventory records and assist with inventory control.
- Process daily deposits and ensure accuracy of all deposit transactions.
- Prepare, maintain, and monitor funding schedules.
- Reconcile accounting records and research discrepancies.
- Assist with daily accounting functions and administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure transactions are processed timely.
- Work closely with dealership management and other departments to support accounting operations.
- Previous accounting experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership accounting experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- CDK experience is a plus.
