Certified Mercedes-Benz Mainline Technician

Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi is looking for an experienced Certified Mercedes-Benz Mainline Technician to join our service team. We are seeking a skilled technician who takes pride in their work, has strong diagnostic abilities, and understands the importance of providing the quality and precision expected from the Mercedes-Benz brand.

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform inspections and identify necessary repairs and maintenance
• Utilize Mercedes-Benz factory diagnostic equipment and service information
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently according to Mercedes-Benz standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and other members of the team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Stay current with Mercedes-Benz technology, training, and repair procedures

• Previous Mercedes-Benz dealership experience strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair vehicles
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must successfully complete required background, drug screening, and physical
