- Perform steering and suspension repairs/maintenance
- Perform general drive train repairs/maintenance
- Perform general brake repair
- Perform oil changes
- Perform safety inspections
- Perform general shop service of machines
- Perform filter changes (air, cabin air, fuel)
- Complete assigned training
- Demonstrate shop and personal safety habits, vehicle preparation tasks, workplace skills, and engine repair tasks
- Become familiar with O'Daniel standard operating procedures, perform automotive services, and identify required maintenance

- Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- High school or college automotive program training
- Experience working in a service repair shop
- ASE Certifications or OEM equivalents in key areas including:
- A1 - Engine Repair
- A2 - Automatic Transmission/Transaxle
- A3 - Manual Drive Train & Axles
- A4 - Suspension & Steering
- A5 - Brakes
- A6 - Electrical/Electronic Systems
- A8 - Engine Performance
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of a high school automotive service MLR program and/or Automotive certificate from a community college or equivalent training
