• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and standardize workflows across the organization
• Define requirements and implement best-in-­class business processes and data standards
• Document and maintain procedures for training and reference purposes
• Support efforts to configure the agency management system and create reporting outputs
• Lead training efforts for new processes and workflows

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in the designated line of business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to refine the efficiency and quality of workflows by deploying best practices
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and recommend process improvements
• Enthusiasm for achieving sustainable results and a bias for action
