Support the TPRM Lead by executing the day‑to‑day supplier risk management activities for ASX's most critical third‑party relationships. This team is responsible for the frameworks and capability that underpin the new end‑to‑end Third Party Risk Management function  will be responsible for conducting third‑party risk reviews, supporting governance activities, and maintaining risk‑management tools. You will collaborate with internal teams, business units and senior management to collect required information and ensure compliance.

You will also ensure the third‑party risk management frameworks and processes across ASX are challenged, improved, and consistently applied.

• Supplier risk assessments:
  Conduct ongoing third‑party risk reviews and due diligence for assigned suppliers (including participant and issuer dependencies). Gather and analyse supplier data (financials, questionnaires, audit reports, etc.) to assess risk levels. Update and maintain the third‑party inventory with appropriate risk tier classifications (noting criticality and concentration).
• Contract and performance monitoring:
  Verify that SLAs/contract terms are complete and align with ASX's requirements (security, BCP, privacy clauses). Track key risk indicators and service performance metrics; flag any deviations or incidents for escalation. Ensure evidence of compliance is archived and audit‑ready.
• Data & reporting:
  Maintain risk‑management tools and dashboards. Prepare regular reports on supplier risk status and any issues found. Support responses to internal or external audits and regulatory inquiries related to third‑party oversight.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with Procurement and IT teams to collect required information from suppliers. Ensure third parties meet ASX's policy obligations (e.g. cybersecurity measures, privacy controls, business continuity plans) as set out in ASX's Supplier Code. Participate in contract intake or renewal meetings, providing risk analysis input.
