Reliance One, Inc. is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support Final Assembly construction activities, with a strong focus on conveyor and equipment installation. This role will play a key part in coordinating schedules, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and supporting overall construction execution on the shop floor.

• Conduct daily coordination meetings to support Final Assembly construction efforts, including conveyor and equipment installation
• Gather, compile, and manage construction schedules and change points, confirming and communicating shop activities
• Monitor and coordinate schedule status with project leaders, general contractors, and upper management
• Provide high‑level supervision of construction activities to ensure guidelines, standards, and installation sequences are followed
• Coordinate and manage temporary storage and laydown areas to maintain efficiency and safety
• Partner closely with Safety representatives and general contractors to review lift plans, safety audits, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
• Perform project management tasks as requested, including schedule summaries, layout overlays, manpower tracking, and identification of change points
• Communicate construction activity status, projections, and top issues to ensure proper coordination and execution

• Ability to read layouts and perform measurement checks
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD software
• Construction project management experience
• Working knowledge of automotive conveyor systems
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Email, Excel, PowerPoint)
