Hemphill Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a track hoe operator to perform site grading, trench excavation, and various heavy construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy machinery, particularly track hoes, and will be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety policies.
This role requires good communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with the crew while performing general labor tasks as needed. Previous construction experience and a valid driver’s license are also essential.
