The Human Resources Manager supports the Operations teams by administering core HR programs and promoting a safe, compliant workplace, with particular emphasis on warehouse safety, employee training, workers’ compensation, incident follow-up, and consistent application of safety policies and practices.
Principle Responsibilities- Maintains employment records confidentially, timely, and accurately, including new hire paperwork, benefit forms, and change notices.
