Job Description:
This position will be handled by Garima Bisht, kindly send submission details on ***.
The manager is looking forward to onboard someone who can conduct daily coordination meetings for Final Assembly construction efforts to support Conveyor and Equipment installation.
Monitor and coordinate schedule status with project leaders, general contractors, and upper management
Perform project management duties as requested by management to include schedule summary, overlay layouts, Client tracking, and identify change points.
Must Haves:

• Ability to read layouts and perform measurement checks.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Construction project management experience
• Working knowledge of automotive conveyor systems
• Basic MS Office software knowledge (E-mail, Excel, PPT).
• 24 months with extension and 100% Onsite Mississippi plant.
• Open for non-local but need to relocate on their own expenses.
• Steel Toed Shoes, Safety Glasses, Vest, Paint Suit, Hard Hat and Gloves. All PPE will be provided or expenses to Our Client per standard PPE allocations.

OT: 40% (Ability to work weekends, holidays, shut down)
Travel :
Less than 10% and that too only inside US to meet vendors.

1st Round: MS Teams
2nd Round Onsite if local candidates and TEAMS is non local.

What you ll be doing
Conduct daily coordination meetings for Final Assembly construction efforts to support Conveyor and Equipment installation.
Gather and compile all schedules and change points to confirm and relay activities in the shop.
Monitor and coordinate schedule status with project leaders, general contractors, and upper management.
Provide high level supervision of construction activities to ensure guidelines and standards are followed.
Coordinate and manage temp storage and laydown space to maintain efficiency and safety.
Work closely with Safety rep and general contractors to review Lift Plans, Safety Audits, and JSA's.
Perform project management duties as requested by management to include schedule summary, overlay layouts, Client tracking, and identify change points.
Communicate all construction activities in the shop to confirm proper coordination and installation sequence then report status, projections, and top issues.
