The Transitional Coach Program supports students during the most critical turning points in their education. We ensure children have the academic, emotional, and social tools to thrive. As a Transitional Coach, you’ll be more than a counselor—you’ll be a trusted guide and advocate for students navigating life‑changing school transitions.

- Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ mental health and emotional well‑being.
- Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and administrators to create coordinated care plans.
- Conduct student performance check‑ins and participate in school‑led behavioral conferences.
- Offer guidance that helps students navigate both academic and personal challenges during key transition periods.
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Marital Counseling, Professional Counseling, or Psychology.
- Experience: Relevant work in counseling, therapy, or student support.
- Licensing: Active state license (if required in your location).
