• You will manage Engineering Technician(s) in the EBPVD support cell
• Ensure successful completion of assigned project phases within the budgeted time and cost constraints
• Design and modify tooling/fixturing for new product introduction and improvement of existing processes
• Prepare documentation, reports, and summaries to communicate project progress or results
• Influence those who do not report to this position in order to achieve the organization's goals

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, materials, or chemical engineering AND 4+ years of related experience in thermal barrier coating operations or processes/equipment typically used in a coatings-manufacturing environment OR 12+ years of related experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• At least 2 years of robotic (ABB and Fanuc) troubleshooting and programming experience in an industrial setting
• Self-starter able to manage projects with minimal supervision
• Personal computer proficiency, business administration know-how, and working knowledge of quality control systems
• LEAN/Six Sigma green belt or black belt (not required but a plus)
